Product QuickStart partnered with Dr. Sally’s to design a family of modern toothbrushes developed to promote better daily oral hygiene. Created by Dr. Sally—a highly successful dentist who strongly advocates for regularly replacing toothbrushes—the product line was designed as part of a convenient subscription service that automatically delivers fresh brushes at the ideal interval. This approach helps users maintain better dental hygiene without needing to remember when it’s time to replace their toothbrush.
The brushes were engineered to provide effective plaque removal while maintaining a comfortable brushing experience through carefully designed handle ergonomics and optimized bristle geometry. The design balances dental performance with a clean, approachable aesthetic, making the brushes easy for both adults and children to use.
Product QuickStart led the industrial design and mechanical engineering of the toothbrush line, translating the client’s concept into a manufacturable product ready for mass production. Our team also coordinated closely with the manufacturing factory, supporting the transition from design to production to ensure the final products met quality, cost, and performance goals.
